Rachel Baugh is a graduate from the University of Kentucky with a degree in Kinesiology (the study of human movement) and is certified with the National Strength and Conditioning Association.  Rachel has 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, specializing in injury prevention and overall body symmetry and balance. Over the last 10 years, Rachel has worked as a Division I swimming coach, but was constantly feeling the pull back to her first love of overall fitness and helping others reach their fitness and life goals. ​​​​​​​
